This online assessment quickly gets to the core of a person’s sales potential and when combined with feedback and development planning sessions helps ensure that you realise your sales potential.

Sales Assessment

Completed online, The SPQ GOLD® assessment measures 12 call reluctance® types, three call reluctance “impostors,” and includes three scales to detect the respondent’s attitude towards the assessment (and therefore the reliability of the results). The results are represented in a graphical report which compares the respondent’s results to those of top performing sales people (Australian Norms used by John Belchamber).

The Sales Assessment Consultation Process

Once we receive confirmation of your order payment, we will email you login details to complete the SPQ GOLD® assessment within one business day. The sales assessment will take approximately 50 minutes to complete.

On completion of the assessment, I give an extensive report and one-on-one feedback session to unpack the findings with you and start thinking about development opportunities with a view to your agreeing a Sales Development Plan outlining areas you will be focusing on developing, when and how. At this point, I also recommend you select an ‘Encourager’ who will hold you accountable for achieving your leadership development goals.
